The Rhapsody Theater, originally opened in 1912 as the Morse Theater, has a rich history in Chicago’s Rogers Park neighborhood. Over the years, it has gone through several transformations, from a movie house to a music venue, before being reimagined as the Rhapsody Theater in 2022. This newly renovated space now specializes in intimate live performances, including magic shows, cabaret, and unique theater productions. With its blend of historic charm and modern flair, the Rhapsody Theater offers audiences a distinctive and immersive experience. For the Chicago International Puppet Theater Festival, this venue provides the perfect setting for the festival’s grand finale. Its cozy, inviting atmosphere allows audiences to experience puppetry up close, making every performance feel personal and magical. Be sure to join us as we close out this spectacular event in one of the city’s most cherished venues.
