In a cross continental cultural collaboration, the Chicago Puppet Festival has partnered with Edinburgh’s annual Manipulate Festival to present an amazing mini-Film Fest within the Puppet Fest introducing the very best of international and Scottish work in animated film, puppetry and visual theater.
