How does it work?

• Make an initial gift of cash or stock to your donor advised fund.
• The gift in your donor advised fund grows tax-free.
• You make recommendations on where to give from your donor advised fund.

If you are 70 ½ or older, you are required to take annual withdrawals from your IRA. To manage this increase in taxes and income, you might be interested in an IRA charitable rollover. A rollover allows you to support Chicago International Puppet Theater Festival while making your Required Minimum Distribution (RMD).

How does it work?

• Contact your IRA plan administrator to make a gift from your IRA.
• Your IRA funds will be directly transferred to Chicago International Puppet Theater Festival.
